Kelly Harvard

Kelly Harvard, MA, is a Program Manager at the UCSF Global Health Group's Malaria Elimination Initiative (MEI). Kelly provided research and writing support during the development of the Lancet Commission on Malaria Eradication (LCME) report and is now managing MEI's Eradication Research portfolio. In this role, Kelly manages all procedures, timelines, deadlines, and the operating budget related to the LCME Secretariat. She also supports the dissemination of key findings and recommendations of the report, and serves as a liaison between the LCME Secretariat, Commissioners and other key stakeholders to advance the key findings and recommendations of the report.

Kelly joined the MEI in September 2014 and has supported various research and operational activities. Kelly has an MA in International Development and a Certificate in Global Health Affairs from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and a BA in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
